The new building is located immediately adjacent to the company's Paragon Village, a senior living community that is currently under construction. Altogether, the Office Suites is within walking distance of nearly 1,000 new housing units, and with that synergy in mind, Paragano is positioning the building for medical and professional users.
"These office suites will help meet the tremendous need for new medical and other professional office space in the western Morris County market," according to company president Larry Paragano, Jr.
Paragon Village itself is a three-building project that is similarly slated for completion by the end of this year.
