The firm leased 4,026 sf at 2202 W. Alabama. It will exit 2,414 sf at 2320 W. Alabama. Wayne Bridgeford with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the strip center's owner, 2202 West Alabama Inc of Houston, in the seven-year agreement.
Bridgeford tells GlobeSt.com that Healthy Grill will relocate in early May to the street-level retail in a 15,200-sf office building. Charles Macias of Ziggy's Health Grill represented its interests in the negotiations.
In an unrelated retail lease, Cycle Gear took 4,000 sf at 10900 Interstate 45 South in southeast Houston. Jim Thompson with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis represented the building owner, Carroll Wayne Conn LP, while Charlie Christ of Boyd Page/ChainLinks in Houston bargained the terms for the tenant.
