The firm leases 18,743 sf of office space in the 361,753 sf, 21-story, class A Midtown office tower, which is one of the newest buildings in the area. Built in 1988, it features an open courtyard with water features, an on-site workout facility and deli along with conference facilities. Among its tenants are Southwest Catholic Health Network and several other law firms.

The building, with occupancy rates in the low 70% range, is owned by Gaedeke Holdings II Ltd., a subsidiary of Dallas-based Gaedeke Landers LLC. John Randolph, a partner with Mohr Hackett, said the firm had researched several other office locations before opting to renew. "We've been very pleased with this space over the past 10 years," said Randolph. "Our search committee did examine more than 20 locations in the Central and Camelback areas and toured more than 10, but we ultimately chose to renew our lease here." Terms of the lease were not available.

Leasing agent Jerry Jacobs, with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc.'s Phoenix office represented the owner in the lease negotiations. The tenant was represented by Gregory S. Kilfoyle, a principal and managing member with KBK Real Estate Advisors in Phoenix.
