C&W's Lee Miller, Jr. is heading the marketing effort for the facility, along with the firm's Marc Graham. The building, which was previously occupied by both the Syms retail apparel chain and by Coach Leatherware, is located on a 10-acre site that offers some expansion potential for either office or distribution use. It also includes 10,000 sf of office space, according to Miller.
"This is by far the cleanest distribution space I have ever seen," Miller says. "Everything about it is pristine."
According to Miller, the space is being offered "at a highly competitive rental rate. It is also a candidate for back office or data center conversion."
