Nevada-based Stinger Mac Accessories Inc. signed the deal for 421 W. Alameda Rd. with Catellus Finance I LLC. It will move into the Roosevelt Avenue and Broadway Road location in May, Jim Wilson, with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc., tells GlobeSt.com. The property formerly was home to Micro Age, which vacated the space after going bankrupt.

The firm, which makes spare tire carriers and front-end bumper accessories for Hummer vehicles, currently occupies office and showroom space at 15354 N. 83rd Way in Scottsdale and has two plants in Maricopa. Wilson said the new Tempe location will allow the company to consolidate operations at one site.

Wilson, along with Rob Stephens, also with Cushman & Wakefield's Phoenix office represented the building owner in the negotiations. The deal was brokered for the tenant by Andrew Tarico of Airport Property Specialists of Phoenix.
