Relocating within Pompano Beach, Roepnack Corp., a 14-year-old general contracting, design/build and construction management company, will use the site as its corporate headquarters. Twenty-four employees plan to relocate to the location.
At this time, Roepnack Corp. plans to occupy about 8,000 sf of office space in the building. The property's existing tenants will stay put. According to Jeffrey Scott, a broker involved in the transaction, Roepnack Corp. needed a headquarters location where it had the capability of future expansion.
