Spalding Office Park Sold for $7.85M

ATLANTA-Locally based Commercial Equity Partners Ltd. paid Spalding Triangle LLC of Boston $86.06 per sf for the 17-year-old, three-building, 91,209-sf property in the Peachtree Corners area of suburban Norcross, GA.

Boston-based Spalding Triangle LLC sold the 73%-leased property for $86.06 per sf. The park consists of two single-story building and one two-story structure; Serologicals Corp. is the anchor tenant. The property is near the corner of Peachtree Parkway/141 and Spalding Drive. The average asking rent is $11.50 per sf.

Justin M. Parsonnet and Will Yowell of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Atlanta office negotiated for the seller. David Jones of M3 Millennium Cos. represented the buyer.
