Insurance brokerage T.J. Adams Group LLC has signed a 37,246-sf at CarrAmerica Realty Corp.'s Unisys Center in this west suburb. At the other end of the East-West Corridor, oil and gasoline producer BP has signed a 20,000-sf lease at 1323 Bond St. in the 32-acre Brookdale Gateway Campus in Naperville.
The T.J. Adams Group deal is a renewal and expansion at 333 E. Butterfield Rd., one of two buildings in the 368,000-sf complex along I-88. Dave Wilson of HSA Corporate Real Estate Services represented T.J. Adams Group while Dru Shoemaker of CAC Leasing represented Washington, DC-based CarrAmerica Realty Corp.
NAI Hiffman senior associates Daniel B. O'Neill and James E. Adler represented Aurora-based One Brookdale Gateway Corp. Jones Lang LaSalle vice president Nick Foussianes represented London-based BP.
