In another sale transaction, Trinity Christian Center of Santa Ana has acquired the 20,000-sf, two-building complex at 116-124 South Van Brunt St. in Englewood, NJ. The sale price of $1.85 million factors out to $93 per sf. Bonni Heller of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, while Lissa Roy and Fred Fisher of Team Resources represented the seller, the Koustal Corp.
And in a recent lease transaction, L&N Fashions has taken 47,500 sf at 17 Empire Blvd. in South Hackensack, NJ. The company, which will use the space for distribution purposes, will move into the 62,000-sf later this month. David Cantor and Greg Sholom of Team Resources represented both the tenant and the property owner, Empire Properties LLC.
