Tom McAllister in the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. tells GlobeSt.com that the buyers will be moving into the new building soon as owner-users. The buyers operate a bathtub manufacturing firm and have been operating from 12,665 sf of leased space elsewhere in Corona that McAllister is now marketing as sublease space with 2 1/2 years remaining on the lease.

McAllister represented the buyers and the sellers, who had owned the building for approximately five years. The 13395 Estelle St. building is a five-year-old, concrete tilt-up structure that is freestanding, but is in an area that includes a number of other industrial buildings. Projects in the area are occupied by a broad range of small firms in a spectrum of manufacturing, assembly and distribution operations.
