Tom Dorman of CB Richard Ellis in Anaheim tells GlobeSt.com that the 57-month sublease is valued at nearly $1.2 million. CalTop is in the proce0ss of moving into its new space from a smaller building in Montebello that it owned.

Dorman and Peter Reich of CBRE's Commerce office represented CalTop. Chip Fincher and Brad Gilmer of Lee & Associates in Orange negotiated on behalf of Dayton Superior.

The new CalTop facility is a single-story, concrete tilt-up building that occupies 1 1/2 acres. Built in the late 1960s, the building is flanked by a large storage yard, which was one of the reasons the company was attracted to the property, according to Dorman.
