Dave Cheatham, Darren Pitts and Bob Pearlstein won the national recognition and also picked up honors for being among the Top 15 producers in the firm's Western Region.
Cheatham, a senior vice president, ranked sixth nationally and fourth in the region with rankings based on gross commissions. Cheatham's partner, Pitts, ranked 16th on the national list and was the ninth top producer in the Western Region. His 2002 performance recently earned him the position of first vice president.
Cheatham and Pitts last year were instrumental in helping several national chains, including Kohl's, CVS Pharmacies, Lowe's and Smart & Final, with their expansion plans. They also are the exclusive leasing agents for the District at Desert Ridge.
Pearlstein, a four-time member of the Lippincott Circle, also was recently promoted to first vice president. He has worked as a tenant representative for several national chains including AT&T Wireless, Half Price Books and Frazee Paints. He has also served as a leasing agent for East Thunderbird Square North in Scottsdale, the Scottsdale Promenade and Suncor's power centers in Palm Valley.
