Rob Socci of Voit's Anaheim Metro office tells GlobeSt.com that the office building is leased for five years to Sokka Gakai Church in a lease that runs until 2007. Socci and Voit brokers Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner, also of the Anaheim Metro office, represented both Birtcher Real Estate Group and the buyer.

The single-story office building, made of wood frame and stucco, was built in 1980. It is part of the Brookhollow Office Park, a 400,676-sf complex of 24 buildings at 1500-1570 Brookhollow Dr. that is close to shops, restaurants, hotels and business services in Santa Ana and nearby communities, including the Orange County Airport and the South Coast Plaza shopping mall.
