Spindex Physical Therapy USA Inc. of Mesa purchased the 1727 E. Bell Rd. single-story property from seller Sondra Reeves-Bowles five months after it went on the market. The building sits at Bell Road's intersection with 17th Street.
"There was quite a lot of interest because there's not a lot on the market in that size that's new and nice," Laura Becker with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com. "To find something like this is a rarity, that's why we got such good interest."
The concrete block office building, built in 1999, will be the second location for the buyer's physical therapy business. The firm also has a location in Scottsdale, Becker said.Becker represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Brent Bowles with Greystone Properties of Phoenix.
