Lobraus Enterprise Subleases 57,715 SF of Industrial Space

MIAMI-The third-party logistics company, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, subleased the space at Westpointe Business Park here from Kintetsu World Express in a deal valued at $735,784. Lobraus is moving and doubling its space.

Lobraus is moving from within the area and significantly expanding its space at its new location at 8815 N.W. 33rd St. Westpointe Business Park totals 350,000 sf and is approximately 90% occupied.

"They just needed to double their capacity" in South Florida, Cesar Ruiz, a broker involved in the deal, tells GlobeSt.com.

Ruiz of Grubb & Ellis' Miami office represented Kintetsu World Express. Scott Hardy of Miami Industrial Real Estate represented Lobraus Enterprise.
