Jeff Lipson of Stone Co. of West Los Angeles represented the tenant, with Christian Holland and Luke Palmo of Coldwell Banker Commercial Westmac in West Los Angeles representing Arden. The 1919 Santa Monica building was constructed in 1991 and is 94% leased with the signing of the International Medical Corps deal. The 43,796-sf building is close to the Downtown Santa Monica business district as well as restaurants, shops and freeways.

The Arden REIT owns more than 7.9 million sf in West Los Angeles and is the largest office building owner in Southern California with approximately 19 million sf of office space in 136 properties.
