Ortho Mattress signed a five-year lease valued at approximately$325,000, according to Coreland. The mattress retailer, says thebrokerage firm, was looking for strong visibility along a busystreet.

Curves For Women, a fitness franchise with more than 5,000locations, signed a five-year lease valued at approximately$175,000. The fitness center specializes in exercise andnutritional programs for women.

Matt Hammond and Trey Trask of Coreland represented both tenantsand the building owner, North Tustin Plaza LLC of Tustin. Locatednear the intersection of North Tustin and Taft avenues in Orange,the 38,000-sf retail center is managed by Coreland Cos. With thesigning of the Ortho and Curves For Women leases, the center isabout 92% occupied.
