The organization's purpose is based not on profits but on the procurement and dispensing of real estate information as it pertains to the aforementioned marketplace. DSSA founding members include Argo Investment Co., the JBG Cos., Moore & Associates Inc., Trizec Properties Inc., Washington Real Estate Investment Trust and Zalco Realty Inc.
"Silver Spring, is being transformed into a dynamic, first-class business location for office, retail and residential users," notes Charles Nulsen of Atlantic Realty Cos. Atlantic, as well as Foulger-Pratt Development Inc. and the Peterson Cos., are among the list of DSSA members.
One of the group's first activities will be the creation of a website offering in-depth information on Silver Spring real estate prospects, from commercial to residential.
