A member of the State Bar of Arizona, Olshan will be responsible for the acquisition of improved properties, new land development projects and construction management in his new position. He most recently was development and asset manager for Artemis Realty Investments and Phoenix office for Dallas-based Koll Development Co.
Olshan tells GlobeSt.com that he opted to join Crown West because of the career opportunities that the firm presented. "I was looking to expand my horizons," he said, noting that he began talking with Crown West about a year ago after learning of its aggressive growth strategies in the Phoenix market. "I'd like to help the company accomplish its goals of growing in Phoenix and the Southwest."
In his prior positions with Koll and Artemis, Olshan participated in all facets of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and dispositions. Artemis and Koll were not available for comment prior to publication time.
