A 15,440-sf office/warehouse renewal has kept Longview Inspection at 101 Old Underwood Rd. in LaPorte, a coastal city southeast of Houston. B. Kelley Parker III, John F. Littman and H. Frank Stanley, all in the Houston office of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., represented the building owner, Houston Associates of California.
