Gleason represented the seller, with Paul Gingrich and Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial Real Estate's Anaheim office representing the buyer, WJ Capital Corp. The property is a two-story building that was completed in the early 1980s.
In the Costa Mesa transaction, KLP Properties of Long Beach bought a single-story, concrete tilt-up building at 3185-H Airway Ave. in the Airway Commerce Center Office and Industrial Park. Gleason represented the Orange County-based seller, with Terry Grant of Curtis & Associates in Costa Mesa representing the buyer.
