Dave Harding, Greg Geraci and Matt Dierckman, all with CB Richard Ellis in Glendale, represented the sublessor while the tenant was represented by David Hoffberg of Delphi Business Properties in Van Nuys. The CB brokers say Kandy Kiss, a garment and textile firm, is expected to move into the space by May 1.
The subleased facility is a class A industrial building at 13931 Balboa Blvd. in the 373,030-sf Cascades Business Park. The park occupies a site at the I-5 Freeway near Balboa and Foothill boulevards and was developed by the Hewson Co. of Sylmar.
Sublandlord Brooks Automation is a semiconductor manufacturer that initially leased the building for 10 years when construction at the business park was completed in 2001.
