The company's new landlords are Riverwoods, IL-based Podco Morris Associates LLC and DGH Morris LLC. The total value of the sale-leaseback transaction is approximately $7 million.

To generate extra income from their new property, Podco Morris and DGH Morris have separated out 10 surplus acres from the Franklin transaction and will market the property for a build-to-suit project. The new owners also will be installing a major billboard on the property, which located along Interstate 75, which connects Cincinnati to Dayton, OH.
