Tom Adelson, Brad Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Dave Cheatham, Sean Cunningham, Jim Fijan, Jerry Roberts and Mark Seale were awarded the honor by the company at a recognition conference held at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Resort in Whistler, BC.

These eight individuals have dedicated themselves to exceeding their clients' expectations in order to achieve their clients' real estate goals," said Pete Bolton, senior managing director for the Phoenix office. "They have worked hard over the last year to triumph over a tough market, and we are extremely proud of their achievements."

Adelson, Brad Anderson, Fijan, Roberts and Seale are office properties specialists. Tyler Anderson and Cunningham specialize in multifamily property sales and Cheatham, who heads the company's newly formed RCS Southwest specialty group, is one of the region's top retail properties professionals.

Adelson and Fijan also were named to the Colbert Coldwell Circle, a ranking of the firm's Top 50 producers for last year. For the local office, it's the second consecutive year that a large number of winners pulled slots in CBRE's top ranking, Bolton pointed out.
