Broemer & Associates signed a medium-term lease for 3336 Richmond Ave., Rob Banzhaf in the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. The 88,000-sf building is now half filled due to a full-floor tenant's exit in January.

Banzhaf and NAI Partners' Dan F. Boyles Jr. are tasked with rebuilding the tenant roster for the Houston-headquartered owner, US Assets. Garrold Paratt and Chad Baker, both with Dallas-based Staubach Co.'s Houston team, represented the law firm.

In North Houston, WISco renewed 6,098 sf at 11811 North Freeway, a 156,362-sf building. The tenant is a Houston-based employment firm for the onshore and offshore exploration industry.

Randy Lee with NAI Partners in Houston represented the tenant. Building owner, Prentiss Properties of Dallas, used its in-house Houston broker, Pauline Phillips, to structure its terms.
