Nelson joins Advantis as the brokerage arm of Jacksonville, FL-based St. Joe Co. prepares to hire several brokers this year with experience in office leasing and investment sales. Advantis was ranked No. 15 in transaction volume in 2002, according to a published report.
At Advantis, Nelson will manage and service local and national corporate accounts and develop new business. At Equis, he participated in several major area leasing deals over the past three years, including Coca-Cola Fountain's 250,000-sf office lease in the Glenlake area of suburban Sandy Springs, GA.
