Brian Corrigan and Nick Roussos of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented the building owner, the O'Donnell Group of Newport Beach. The tenant was represented by Troy Williams of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Anaheim office.
Cort is expected to move into the building sometime in the next 60 days. The company's new facility is a single-story, concrete tilt-up building that was constructed in 2001. The space will serve as a regional distribution facility for Cort, a national firm that rents office furniture and provides a number of other services, including trade show furnishings and assistance and specialized furniture rentals for industries like hospitality and gaming. The company also provides relocation services that include a national apartment locator network and assistance in arranging temporary housing for employees.
