Creekside Corporate Center Lands Five Tenants

BOLINGBROOK, IL-Metro Service Provider Corp. has taken 9,000 sf at 440 Quadrangle Dr. in a relocation from Wheaton, the largest of 20,000 sf of lease deals that brings occupancy at the property to 96%.

The 20,000 sf of deals brings occupancy at the property just west of the I-55 and Ilinois 53 interchange to 96%.

Detroit-based DTE Energy has leased 4,400 sf in the same building for its Chicago sales office. Also at 440 Quadrangle Dr., First American Title Company took 2,200 sf.

Gemcor is relocating from Chicago to 3,030 sf at 400 Quadrangle Dr. H.W. Lochner, a civil engineering firm, also relocates from Chicago to 1,300 sf in the same building.

Brokers for NAI Hiffman represented the owner of Creekside Corporate Center, Elgin-based PanCor Construction & Development LLC. Michael A. Hull represented Gemcor.
