Absorption in these markets is sporadic, with no trendforeseeable, saidColliers.

"The uncertainty over the immediate future of economicconditions ingeneral, and automotive sales and production inparticular, are the majorfactors affecting the Detroit Metromarket," the report said, "as evidenceby the continued modest tomoderate leasing and sales activity, and slight,though wavering,fluctuations in lease rates."
