Coxon, who has been with the company for more than 16 years, started his career in the company's East Valley office in 1987 and worked in Tucson before moving to Seattle to manage all three offices in that market. He returned to the Valley in 1999 to manage CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office, where he also led the Hotel and Leisure Advisory Group.

In his new position as senior managing director, Coxon will also serve on the Western Division Executive Committee and will oversee eight small market offices in the West, including Albuquerque, Tucson, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, California's Central Valley, Portland and Hawaii. A resident of Phoenix, Coxon's broad-based expertise in real estate and finance includes leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, property management and real estate tax equity insurance.
