Construction manager Sachse Construction recently completed the first two ofGateway's 11 planned buildings, says Richard Broder, CPM, Broder & SachseReal Estate Services president. The first occupancy for the one, two andthree-bedroom luxury units is scheduled for May 1, he said.

Gateway is owned by the principals of Broder & Sachse and the BUILDFUND.

In Farmington Hills, a 34,000-sf of industrial space has been sold to U WashDevelopment through the Southfield branch of Grubb & Ellis Co. The buyer isexpected to take occupancy in April 2003.

Grubb & Ellis team members David Giltner and Jon Savoy represented theunnamed owner in this transaction.
