Plateau Office Systems Specialists inked the deal to rent a portion of the 140,000-sf, two-year-old building at 1250 E. Hadley St. in Phoenix with building owner, MainSpring Capital. The space, which leases for 44 cents per sf triple net, will allow the company to expand its warehouse and distribution space, Rick Collins, with Ross Brown Partners Inc. of Phoenix, tells GlobeSt.com.

"That's probably the best warehouse distribution building in south central Phoenix," said Collins. "The location is key."

Collins said the building's proximity to the Valley's freeway system along with the property's functionality and economics sealed the deal. Plateau Office Systems will share the building with several other tenants, including Gate Gourmet and Express Global.

Collins negotiated the transaction for the building owner along with Curtis Brown of Ross Brown Partners Inc. and Eric Iantorno, formerly with Ross Brown Partners Inc. and now with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. Tom Louer of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona brokered the terms for the tenant.
