Ernest LeBlanc of Rancho Murieta, CA, purchased the Metro Medical Plaza, a four-building complex set on about six acres 3201 W. Peoria Ave. in Phoenix, in a deal with seller, AS Lalani of Yuma, AZ. Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial LLC senior vice president Eric Wichterman tells GlobeSt.com that the new owner plans to renovate the buildings vacant office space and replace the complex's air conditioning units before filling the vacancies. The building was about 85% occupied at the time of sale.
Wichterman and Stan Shafer, with the investment advisory division of Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Jon Deonise with Cueller Realty Services Inc. of Phoenix.
