Cromwell Business Park's Building Seven Gets Underway

GLEN BURNIE, MD-Building number seven gets off to a good start in the 150-acre Cromwell Business Park, as construction begins and pre-leasing activity flourishes.

Situated off I-97 near the Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Cromwell Business Park will ultimately consist of 10 buildings offering a total of 520,000 sf of space. "We've had great success with Cromwell Business Park and are confident that the seventh building will lease quickly due to the high demand for flex space in the BWI vicinity," MIE president and CEO Edward A. St. John says.

Tenants that have already set up shop in the business park include Advance Technical Solutions, Concentra Health Services Inc., Party Perfect Special Events and Total Logistics Corp.
