In the largest of the signings, Call Sciences, represented by Remy de Varenne of Insignia/ESG, renewed its commitment for 19,800 sf. In other transactions, Sean Brady of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ represented US Shipping in a new lease for 8,500 sf and Oce Printing Systems, represented by Ken Walters of Insignia/ESG, signed a new lease for 7,900 sf.

Steve Fleming of The Staubach Co., meanwhile, spoke for Molson USA in the company's expansion to 4,200 sf, as well as Coors Brewing Co.'s expansion to 7,400 sf. Full Spectrum Lending signed a new lease for 4,300 sf, represented in the transaction by Diane Friedman of Two Way Street Realty. And Reliant Energy Solutions, spoken for by John Levine of Sitar Co./ONCOR International, signed a new lease for 2,700 sf.

Finally, Inspec Inc., repped by Warren Searles of Colliers Houston re-upped for its existing 2,300-sf space; and Steve Kaplan of Lansco Corp. represented the American Chemical Society in a 2,100-sf lease renewal.
