The stores are a 9,300-sf Brooks Brothers Factory, a 7,300-sf Ann Taylor Factory, a 1,400-sf Country Clutter, a 3,500-sf women's contemporary 3,500-sf store called BCBG, a semi-formal store 3,600-sf called Rampage, and a 4,500-sf designer fashion store for both sexes called Ecko Unlimited.
The new stores "provides us with an opportunity to expand our unique mix of retail options and further enhance our customers' overall shopping experience," says Karrie Patterson, marketing director at Colorado Mills. "These stores are a great complement to the entertainment, attraction and experience at Colorado Mills."
The center has about 200 tenants. They include Last Call Clearance Center from Neiman Marcus, Off 5th Sakes Fifth Avenue Outlet, ESPN X Games Skatepark, and Jillian's.Colorado Mills is a partnership of the Mills Corp. Kan Am (Mills' equity partner based in Germany) and locally based Denver West Realty, headed by Greg Stevinson.
