Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley's Anaheim office says the property at 5300 Irwindale Blvd. was 60% occupied at sale time. The holding, which fronts the boulevard, is near the 210 Freeway.
Stauff represented the buyer. The seller was First Industrial Realty Trust, based in Chicago, was represented by John Hollingsworth, who was with the City of Industry office for Grubb & Ellis Co. at the time the deal was struck. He has since moved to CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s office in the City of Industry.
The 15-year-old building, which was developed by Birtcher Properties of Newport Beach, is a single-story, concrete tilt-up warehouse with 24-foot clear heights. The facility is divisible to 25,000-sf spaces.
