Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeley's Anaheim office says theproperty at 5300 Irwindale Blvd. was 60% occupied at sale time. Theholding, which fronts the boulevard, is near the 210 Freeway.

Stauff represented the buyer. The seller was First IndustrialRealty Trust, based in Chicago, was represented by JohnHollingsworth, who was with the City of Industry office for Grubb& Ellis Co. at the time the deal was struck. He has since movedto CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s office in the City of Industry.

The 15-year-old building, which was developed by BirtcherProperties of Newport Beach, is a single-story, concrete tilt-upwarehouse with 24-foot clear heights. The facility is divisible to25,000-sf spaces.
