Pennington Point is situated within a 50-acre site that Pennington Properties has been developing as a mixed-use campus for the last decade. The company, headed by Peter Blicher, intends to continue building out the rest of the site, primarily with office and retail uses.
The property is located in the Route 31 corridor of west of Princeton, a region that has seen a major corporate influx in recent years, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merrill Lynch and several banking operations. Pennington Point itself has a roster of some 30 tenants, mostly small medical offices, financial services companies, attorneys and insurance companies.
