Leuthold will help lease the company's Denver holdings including the Equitable Building, Titanium Lofts, Osage Lofts and the Tremont Center Building. In addition to traditional office leasing and sales, Leuthold will continue to concentrate on historic and architecturally significant downtown properties.
Prior to joining the St. Charles Town Co., Leuthold was an owner of Leuthold Commercial Properties and specialized in office leasing in Denver's Midtown market, and the new City Center in Englewood.
In addition, the St. Charles Town Co. named Victor Cortes as Development Project Manager.
Cortes' primary responsibility will be the company's $30 million loft project in the former Benjamin Moore building at 2500 Walnut Street, in the Ballpark Historic District, as reported in GlobeSt.com on April 10.
The project includes the renovation of four historic buildings and residential mixed-use buildings on a half block site adjacent to the historic buildings.
Cortes has been with St. Charles Town Co. for the past three years managing the company's successful Equitable Building project conversion into office condos. He was recently recognized by DMCAR as a 2002 Heavy Hitter.
