Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's senior director Jerry Wise, who secured the loan from a competitive conduit lender, said the refinancing package represented "a large cash-out on a property type that is typically much smaller than Mesa Regal." Built in phases, the 4700 East Main St., property began with 400 spaces in 1979 and has grown to 2,005 spaces to become the single largest RV resort in Arizona. The property is owned by Mesa Regal LLC, one of the largest operators of RV resorts in America.
The age-restricted property, which rents to residents 55 years and older, is situated on approximately 107 acres. It consistently ranks among the highest quality RV resorts in Arizona by Arizona Travel Parks Association, which accorded it the honor of Best RV Resort in 2002.
