Fernandez was senior project manager for Codina ConstructionCorp. in Miami before he joined Stiles in 1998. He has more than 16years of experience in management, general contracting, estimatingand business development.

Fernandez is now responsible for managing projects to which heis assigned throughout the design cost control process. He alsoworks on business development in the Southeast.
