In another sublease, Marcus Evans Ltd. has signed a 22,990-sf deal on the ninth floor of 455 N. Cityfront Plaza Dr., relocating from 303 E. Wacker Dr.
While lease terms were not disclosed, published net lease rates at 200 S. Wacker Dr. are $19 per sf while they range from $22 per sf to $25 per sf at NBC Tower. Occupancy at both buildings are better than the overall market.
The University of Illinois-Chicago deal was handled by HSA Commercial Real Estate EVP David Wilson and president John Wilson.
