Located off the Dulles Toal Rd. at 12801 Worldgate Dr., Worldgate IV was developed two years ago and is one of four class A office structures that account for a total of 360,000 sf. Kamp tells GlobeSt.com that Symantec leased the space to accommodate the relocation of one of its offices "from within the area."
The Cupertino, CA-headquartered company has Virginia locations in Culpeper, Hampton and Newport News, VA. Kamp was joined by colleagues Jeff Roman, Michael Pepper, and Ed Zaptin in negotiating the top-secret deal.
