He says the company needed to shed some space so took a spot that's slightly smaller. Steve Hazel of Houston-based Insite Realty represented the building owner, Multiple Properties Ltd.
In North Houston, Smit International (Americas) Inc., a maritime services firm based in the Netherlands, signed a lease for 14,529 sf at 15402 Vantage Parkway. Bill Ginder of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in Houston represented the property owner, Praedium II Star Two LP. Bobbie Bozarth, who recently joined the Houston office of Axis Property represented the tenant. The industrial space is located in an 87,360-sf building, now 82% leased.
