Located off I-270 at Rte. 85 and Crestwood Blvd., the Westview Promenade boasts a 16-screen, 57,000-sf, state-of-the-art movie theater as its anchor. Other retailers who have opened in the new shopping center include McDonald's, Starbucks and TGI Friday's.
A Madison official explains that "Westview Promenade provides a much needed venue of a convenient place to go to the movies and restaurants and shop for clothes and home furnishings in a quality environment, whereas most of the other retail in Frederick has lagged behind the upgrade of surrounding incomes levels."
