Phoenix Presentations Inc. inked the lease with Munco Inc., which recently purchased the 71,960-sf general industrial multi-tenant building at 2255 W. Desert Cove Ave. in Phoenix from Phoenix-based Peoria/Desert Cove LLC in a $6.5-million transaction. Terms of the lease deal with Phoenix Presentations, a provider of tradeshow products and services to businesses involved in the exhibit industry, were not disclosed.
Curtis Brown, with Phoenix-based Ross Brown Partners, who represented the building owner in the lease negotiations, tells GlobeSt.com that the Phoenix Presentation lease put the six-tenant building at full occupancy.
"For them, that location worked pretty well because it's halfway between a couple of their customer locations and they were attracted by the general industrial nature of the building," Brown said. Bill Honsaker in the Phoenix office of Dallas-based Staubach Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.
