Meanwhile, publication fulfillment services company Hallmark Data Systems signed a 47,820-sf deal at 7300 Luier Ave. in neighboring Skokie, relocating from 6201 Howard St. Heitman and associate Samuel C. Badger, Jr. represented Hallmark Data Systems while Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler VP Christopher T. Volkert represented the building owner.
However, both those deals were topped by Contech Lighting's 65,000-sf lease at 2775 Shermer Rd. in Northbrook. In that deal, Paine/Wetzel-ONCOR International principals Patricia G. Baldwin and Whit R. Heitman represented the owner of the building, while Brian Liston and Patrick Shannon of Darwin Realty represented the lighting company.
