Health Dialog, which provides nurse advisors to major healthcare providers, will move into 25,647 sf of space in the 117,232-sf building's third floor in June, under a seven-year deal valued at more than $3.2 million.

Additionally, Granite Financial, a mortgage company, has leased 4,171 sf there, and IPRO Tech, a local software firm, leased 8,667 sf in the same building. Both deals are for a five-year term. Although the value of these deals was not disclosed, space in the center goes for $19 per sf full service.

Jim Achen and Bill Zurek, of Transwestern Commercial Services, tells GlobeSt.com that the building, one of seven in the 450,000-sf. office campus, was rehabbed last year after the property's largest tenant, American Express, closed its office there in June.

"We did a complete rehab of the building and we've got a good amenity base in the park," Achen says of the property's appeal.

Both Achen and Zurek represented the landlord, Transwestern Phoenix Corp., in all three leases. Health Dialog was represented by John Carroll of the Boston office of Meredith & Grew Inc., while CB Richard Ellis' Pat Horan represented IPRO Tech in that transaction. Achen and Zurek also assisted Granite Financial in lease negotiations.
