Five businesses saw that opportunity in Acacia Court and have signed on as tenants at the two-building complex, leasing a total of more than 17,000 sf in the 950-960 West Elliot Rd. office building within the past few weeks.
Carl Walker Inc, a construction, architectural and consulting firm specializing in parking structures, has signed a 50-month lease for 1,749 sf at Acacia Court, and Hunter Financial Group, a mortgage firm, has leased another 7,189 sf at the complex for 64 months.
Joining those two firms as tenants are the engineering group, West Consultants Inc., which took 3,864 under a 65-month term; Innovative Technical Solutions Inc., a high tech consulting firm, which signed a 37-month office lease for 1,200 sf; and Productive Data Commercial Solutions Inc., which is taking 1,471 sf of space in the complex for five years.
The full-service building rents for $19 per sf.Representing Carl Walker in the transaction was Pete Rich of Coldwell Banker Commercial. . Luke Walker of CB Richard Ellis represented Hunter Financial, while Bob Kawa of Kawa & Associates, negotiated the lease for West Consultants. Kyler Kienholz, of Lee and Associates assisted Innovative Technical Solutions, and Productive Data Commercial Solutions represented itself in the lease deal.
.Pat Devine and Blaine Black of Trammell Crow Company represented the landlord, Prudential Real Estate Investors, in all five lease negotiations.
